| Abstrakt | Tato bakalářská práce popisuje Divadlo Ta Fantastika a jeho roli ve změnách grantového systému v letech 2007?2010. První část práce popisuje divadlo z hlediska jeho založení, řízení, provozu a právní subjektivity. Dále se práce věnuje rozboru problematiky grantového systému v souvislosti s oznámením o rozhodnutí podat žalobu tehdejšího ředitele divadla Petra Kratochvíla na Českou republiku u arbitrážního soudu a následného sledu událostí: zavedení dotace na vstupenku, protesty divadelníků, diskuze o funkčnosti grantových systémů v budoucnu i odchod ředitele Kratochvíla z Ta Fantastiky. |
| Překlad abstraktu | This bachelor paper describes the ?Ta Fantastika? theatre and the role it played in the changing of the grant system during the years 2007-2010. The initial part of the paper describes the theatre in the light of its founding, direction, operation, and legal identity. Furthermore, the paper is focused on the analysis of the grant system in relation to filing a suit against the Czech Republic in an arbitration court by the then Director of the Theatre, Petr Kratochvíl, and the following sequence of events: the introduction of subsidies per ticket, protest expressed by the theatre community, the controversy around the functioning of grant systems in the future and the exit of Director Kratochvíl from Ta Fantastika. |
