| Abstrakt | Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá význam hry v orchestru pro vývoj hudebníka, s důrazem na amatérské orchestry. Začíná analýzou role, kterou hra v orchestru hraje v hudebním rozvoji jednotlivce a zdůrazňuje jedinečné příležitosti, které orchestr poskytuje mimo jiné také pro technický, emocionální a spoluhráčský aspekt hudby. Práce se zaměřuje na specifickou skupinu amatérských orchestrů, které jsou často složeny z hudebníků různých úrovní, dovedností i zkušeností. Tento kontext umožňuje detailní zkoumání faktorů, které ovlivňují rozvoj hudebníků, včetně role dirigenta, technického zdokonalování, spolupráce a interpretace hudby ve skupině. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována významu hry v orchestru pro vývoj hudebníků a umělecké interpretace prostřednictvím společného hraní a vzájemného naslouchání. Přestože amatérské orchestry nemusí dosahovat standardů profesionálních souborů, tato práce argumentuje, že mají nezastupitelný význam v hudebním životě a rozvoji hudebníků. Kombinuje teoretické zdroje s praktickým výzkumem, který zahrnují rozhovory s členy a vedoucími různých amatérských orchestrů. Výsledky práce poskytují ucelený pohled na význam hry v orchestru pro amatérské hudebníky a mohou sloužit jako podklad pro další diskusi a reflexi v tomto oboru. |

It begins with an analysis of the role that playing in an orchestra plays in the musical development of individuals and highlights the unique opportunities that orchestras provide for the technical, emotional, and collaborative aspects of music. The thesis focuses on a specific group of amateur orchestras, which are often composed of musicians of various levels, skills, and experiences. This context allows for a detailed examination of the factors influencing the development of musicians, including the role of the conductor, technical improvement, collaboration, and interpretation of music within the group. Special attention is given to the significance of playing in an orchestra for the development of musicians and artistic interpretation through collective playing and mutual listening. Although amateur orchestras may not reach the standards of professional ensembles, this thesis argues that they have an invaluable significance in the musical life and development of musicians. It combines theoretical sources with practical research, including interviews with members and conductors of various amateur orchestras. The results of the thesis provide a comprehensive view of the significance of playing in an orchestra for amateur musicians and can serve as a basis for further discussion and reflection in this field |
