| Abstrakt | V mé bakalářské práci se zabývám činností operního souboru Národního divadla v Brně v letech 2015–2020. Ve vymezeném období analyzuji působení souboru Janáčkovy opery, jeho financování a marketing, jak se měnila jeho dramaturgie a co dalšího přispělo ke zvyšování uměleckých kvalit souboru. Důležitou součástí práce je také kapitola o mezinárodním festivalu Janáček Brno. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaký je vztah mezi uměleckou kvalitou souboru, návštěvností, výší příspěvků a tržbami ze vstupného. Kromě objasnění korelace mezi těmito skutečnostmi se mi podařilo vyvodit další faktory, které ve značné míře ovlivňují návštěvnost brněnského operního souboru a naznačují, jakým směrem by se měl do budoucna ubírat. |
| Překlad abstraktu | In my bachelor's thesis I pursue the activities of the opera ensemble of the National Theatre in Brno in the years 2015–2020. In the period I analyse the functioning of the Janáček Opera ensemble, its financing and marketing, how its dramaturgy changed and what else contributed to the improvement of the artistic qualities of the ensemble. An important part of the thesis is also a chapter on the international festival Janáček Brno. The aim of the work was to find out what the relationship between artistic qualities of the ensemble is, the attendance rate, the amount of financial contributions and revenues from the ticket sales. In addition to clarifying the correlation between these terms, I was able to deduce other factors that significantly affect the attendance rate of the Brno Opera ensemble and indicate what direction it should take in the future. |
