| Abstrakt | Tato diplomová práce se věnuje divadelním dekoracím z pohledu rizik bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci (BOZP) a požární ochrany (PO). Ve své úvodní části přesně definuje svůj záběr, který se nevztahuje na divadelní budovu, na jevištní technologie ani na kostýmy nebo rekvizity, pouze na již zhotovené a sestavené dekorace. Také naznačuje podobu svých tří zásadních kapitol, které jsou seřazeny podle principu „od obecného ke konkrétnímu“. První z nich se věnuje legislativnímu rámci celé problematiky. Vysvětluje zákonnou povinnost zaměstnavatele dbát na BOZP na základě Zákoníku práce a nastiňuje základní principy prevence rizik. Uvádí, proč sice divadelní kulisy jsou pracovním prostředím, ale platí pro ně mnoho výjimek, takže se velmi často řídí jinou právní úpravou než trvalé stavby a mnohdy je pouze stanoven požadavek na celkovou bezpečnost bez jasného postupu, jak jí dosáhnout. V následující kapitole práce rozebírá jednotlivá bezpečnostní rizika nejčastěji hrozící na jevišti, včetně rizika pádu z výšky, úrazu elektrickým proudem nebo rizika vypuknutí požáru. U každého z nich uvede platnou legislativu, podle níž je nutno postupovat, následně popíše riziko jako takové a vyjmenuje nejběžnější prostředky, jakým je možné je eliminovat. Vyžaduje-li tento postup vedení určité dokumentace nebo dosažení odborné způsobilosti, práce to rovněž reflektuje. Ve své třetí části se práce věnuje konkrétním, ustáleným typům scénických dekorací a nejčastějším bezpečnostním rizikům s nimi spojeným. Uvádí příslušné normy, které se této problematice věnují a postupy z praxe, jakými lze dosáhnout požadovaných výsledků, aniž by utrpěla estetická stránka díla. Poslední částí práce jsou přílohy, které nabízejí příklady dokumentace a certifikací, o nichž se hovoří v textu. |
| Překlad abstraktu | This thesis is devoted to theatrical scenery from the perspective of occupational safety and health (OSH) and fire protection (FP). In its introduction, it defines its exact subject matter which doesn’t apply to the theatre building, stage technology nor costumes and props, it only applies to fully finished and properly installed scenery. The introduction also indicates the form of its three main chapters which are sorted according to the “from general to specific“ principle. First of these chapters talks about the legislative framework of the problematics. It explains employer’s legal duty to care about OSH based on the Labour Code and outlines the basic principles of risk prevention. It states that the scenery is a kind of working environment but with many exceptions applied so it is governed by other legislation than permanent structures frequently, and often there’s only a requirement for overall safety without a clean procedure how to achieve it. In the following chapter, the thesis analyses certain risks that most frequently occur on the stage, including the risk of fall from heights, risk of electric shock or the risk of fire. It states valid legislative to each of the risks, then describes the risk itself and names the most common tools to avoid it. If the procedure requires some special documentation or reaching a certain level of competences, the thesis reflects it as well. The third part of the thesis is devoted to the most common types of theatrical scenery and certain risks that accompany them. It names relevant norms which talk about the problematics and procedures from praxis that help achieve the required result without the need of doing any harm to the aesthetic aspect of the theatrical work. The last part of the thesis consists of attachments that show examples of documentations and certifications that are being talked about in the text. |
